About

At The Learning Clinic, we offer a number of programmes for the assessment and treatment of learning, developmental and behavioural difficulties for children and adolescents. We also work with adults. Our programmes help individuals overcome the obstacles which keep them from succeeding in school, work and life.

The Learning Clinic (TLC) was established in 2000 and has a proven track record in the provision of the following services:
·         One-to-one tutoring in reading, spelling & writing.
·         Dyslexia, comprehension and maths programmes for adults and children.
·         Use of research-based, multisensory programmes to expand and harness diverse intellectual capabilities and expectation horizons.
·         Promoting self-esteem and establishing concrete core capability profiles for those who may face personal challenges in this arena.

TLC also offer support programmes and information about Educational Assistive Technologies: We utilise school textbooks in digital format and facilitate many children using both text-to-speech and speech-to-text computer technology, which is now being successfully used in State Examinations.

Our programmes are one-to-one and specifically tailored to each individual’s needs.
